Our company’s initial investment project consists of a collection of eleven luxury waterfront villas, located directly on the shoreline. The total built-up area of the project is 50,000 square feet, with an estimated investment of approximately 18 million Canadian dollars and a development period of 4 years. In order to create a high-end, luxurious, green, and low-carbon product with integrated functions for residential, business, and vacation purposes, we have invited renowned Canadian architect Zane Erickson to lead the design. The construction will be undertaken by Red Tree Creative Homes, a well-known builder with a 20-year construction history and a successful track record of completing hundreds of luxury homes in British Columbia.
