Mike Cao
Founder and Chairman
Mike, the Chairman and Founder of Rayton Development LTD in Canada, immigrated to Canada through investment in 2012. Since 2003, Mike has been primarily involved in the real estate development industry in China, covering residential, commercial, and cultural tourism sectors. Over the past 20 years, he has developed a total area of 800,000 square meters. In 2021, he gradually expanded his operations to Canada, developing dozens of luxurious ocean-view independent villa projects in Vancouver, White Rock, Comox, Union Bay, and other areas. Currently, Mike holds several key positions, including Honorary Chairman of the World Federation of Chinese Youth, President of the Shanxi Association in Vancouver, President of the Shanxi Chamber of Commerce in Canada, and Chairman of the Beijing Huaying Public Welfare Foundation. Throughout the past two decades, he has consistently organized and initiated various forms of philanthropic activities. For example, starting from 2005, he sponsored the “Charity Warms Every Home” large-scale charity event in Shanxi, China, donating funds and goods to hundreds of disadvantaged families, providing assistance to nearly a hundred left-behind children, and making substantial donations to the local charity association. His total contributions amount to over ten million yuan. In 2010, he was honored with the “Best Individual Charity Contribution Award” by the Shanxi Charity Federation. In 2015, he took the lead in initiating a large-scale event called “Chinese Overseas Community Supporting the 2022 Winter Olympics” in Vancouver, Canada, which received significant responses from Chinese communities in the United States, the United Kingdom, and other countries. He also organized global youth leaders to raise funds for the firefighters who sacrificed their lives in Tianjin and led a team to donate to a Hope Primary School in Lijiang, Yunnan. Furthermore, he made donations to a Chinese school in Bolivia, South America. In 2020, during the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic, he sponsored lunches for healthcare workers in Richmond and organized multiple fundraising events in both China and Canada to provide epidemic prevention materials.

He graduated from the College of Economics and Management at Beijing University of Chemical Technology, majoring in Industrial Foreign Trade. He holds a graduate degree while working and has a professional qualification as a Level 2 E-commerce Practitioner. He previously served as the Founder and Executive Director of CFA International Trading Limited, a company based in Canada.

Throughout his work experience over the years, he has accumulated a wealth of social experience and gained in-depth knowledge of the real estate development process and operations. He is innovative, mentally agile, and adept at identifying business opportunities. He is a young talent with ideals and aspirations. He serves as an Executive Director of the World Federation of Chinese Youth and Vice President of the Shanxi Chamber of Commerce in Canada.
